U.S. Bishops End Government Resettlement Partnership Amid Funding Cuts

The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops announced it will end its decades-long refugee resettlement partnership with the federal government due to suspended funding. The USCCB pledged, however, to continue supporting migrants through advocacy and local charitable efforts.
