Stephanie Jepsen

Stephanie Jepsen is the Chief Executive Officer of ICMC, Inc. in Washington, D.C., where she leads the strategic engagement of private donors to advance ICMC’s mission to serve more vulnerable people on the move.  

Stephanie joined ICMC in 2024, after serving for 15 years as the Chief Development Officer of Hope for Haiti, an international humanitarian organization working to alleviate poverty by improving systems of education, healthcare, clean water, sanitation, and hygiene, and economic opportunities. For over 20 years, Stephanie has dedicated her career to community-driven organizations and brings to ICMC her experience in aligning resources and opportunities for individuals, organizations (Catholic and civic), foundations, and corporations to make an impact where needed most. She has also led teams through periods of challenge, including the 2010 and 2021 earthquakes in Haiti, countless hurricanes, political unrest, and economic uncertainty.  

Stephanie served as the first Communications Manager for Cristo Rey St. Martin College Prep in Waukegan, Illinois, a school modeled after Cristo Rey Jesuit High School in Chicago, and as Development Officer for Legal Aid Chicago, Chicago’s largest civil legal aid provider. Stephanie has a MPhil in International Peace Studies from Trinity College Dublin and a BA in International Studies from American University.
