Deploying Experts in Ethiopian Refugee Camps
ICMC deploys experts, on short notice, to offer support in resettlement, child protection, and refugee status determination in emergency situations across the world.
These photos were taken during one such operation in Ethiopian refugee camps, where ICMC deployees assessed the needs of refugee children fleeing Eritrea. ICMC’s child protection specialists identify and referred unaccompanied minors for resettlement to the United States and Canada.
