Italy — companies, families, society — needs migrants to live, the head of the Italian Bishops’ Conference noted in an address on 23 May. “Closing the door to those who are knocking, at the end, has the same logic of not leaving room for life in our homes,” Cardinal Matteo Zuppi said.
