Pope Says Migration Should Be a Choice “That Is Truly Free”
Pope Francis has unveiled the theme for the 2023 World Day of Migrants and Refugees on 24 September, “Free to choose whether to migrate or to stay,” saying this meant everyone must have an equal share in the common good, respect for their fundamental rights and access to integral human development.
