England and Wales Bishops Criticize New Borders Law

The new Nationality and Borders Act in the UK fails to treat asylum seekers justly, said Bishops in England and Wales at their annual spring meeting. Their resolution reads in part: “Every nation should recognize [the fundamental] dignity [of each person] and the rights which flow from it.”
