Issued by a group of 78 civil society organizations, including ICMC, on 29 November 2016 for the 10th European Forum on the Rights of the Child in Brussels. The statement urges European Union member states to adopt a comprehensive Europe-wide action plan to ensure that migrant children are protected throughout their entire migration journey, regardless of their status.
