Our people

The ICMC staff comprises a wide range of motivated and professional individuals who are dedicated to protecting and serving uprooted people in different contexts.

While some staff members are engaged in activities ranging from identifying the most vulnerable individuals in need of assistance or providing cultural orientation classes to refugees in the resettlement process, others are involved in writing grant proposals, undertaking research, advocating for rights-based policies or managing financial resources.

Below you will find interviews with ICMC's staff members working in different parts of the world. Through their experiences, we would like to highlight the challenges - but also the positive outcomes - of the day-to-day work of protecting refugees and migrants worldwide.
