Bishops in Peru Place Migrants at Center of Pastoral Action

Peruvian Bishops appealed for human rights-based policies and an attitude of welcome in a message marking the World Day of Migrants and Refugees on 25 September. The Episcopal migrant office created a resource for liturgical and social celebrations aimed at promoting a “culture of encounter.”
