Roster application and P11 forms: The roster application Form and the P11 Form may be downloaded at the bottom of this page. The P11 form may also be found on the UNHCR website. References: Please provide the names of three references, not related to you, their titles, and organizations, their current email addresses (important) and telephone numbers. Describe their supervisory relationship to you and the length of time they have known you. Referees should be people who understand the type of work done in a refugee context, and who are able to comment on your capability to contribute to this work. References will only be contacted for short-listed applicants. UNHCR employee information (if applicable): In addition, for candidates who work/have worked at UNHCR, please provide the following information:
B) Application processWhen completed, please send the roster application form, the P11 form, a list of your references, and a cover letter to deployments@icmc.net Based on ICMC’s initial assessment of your application and satisfactory reference checks, you may be contacted for a telephone interview. Successful candidates will be recommended for inclusion on the UNHCR-ICMC Resettlement Deployment Scheme Roster. Candidates are further assessed for eligibility to the Deployment Scheme by UNHCR’s affiliate workforce panel at UNHCR Headquarters. Upon approval by this panel, the candidate is then accepted on the Deployment Scheme Roster and will thereafter be contacted for deployments that match his/her profile Please note that the roster is designed to provide a quick response mechanism for UNHCR field operations. As a roster member, you will be likely to be regularly contacted for a deployment. Roster members are expected to be responsive in meeting immediate program needs.
